  • International Orders (if applicable): 7-21 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders above a specified value.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking details.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Nuvero is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment of returned packages.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
